How long does it take to receive the registration license after the purchase?
Generally, you will receive the license code within 2 hours after finishing purchase. Please always
remember to check your email spam folder first. If you still can not find it anywhere, please try to find
a solution in the support page or you can contact our support team to help you.

Can I cancel my auto subscription?
Yes. For the subscription plan, you will receive an email notification 7 days prior to the end of the
subscription, which will include instructions to either renew for another period or cancel the
subscription. You can contact our support team to cancel the auto subscription. We will respond within 48
hours on weekdays and 72 hours on holidays.

Can I use the same registration code for both Windows and Mac?
No. The license code of PixFlow Video Repair can not be used on cross-platform. So please make sure the
purchased license code is suitable for your case. If you have purchased the wrong version, please contact
our support team to solve the problem.

Do I need to purchase a license key again if I change my computer?
No. If you reset your computer or want to change to a new PC, you can simply contact
us ,
upon confirmation
in our server, we'll reset the registration code for you.
