To ensure that our products are exactly what you are looking for, PixFlow offers free trial versions of all our products that you can download directly from our website. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install and try the free trial version of any PixFlow software to fully evaluate the software. This helps reduce dissatisfaction after the purchase.

Money Back Guarantee

PixFlow software offers a free trial version so that you may test the software for yourself before deciding to purchase it. These trial versions allow you to experience the full functionality with limited trials, or just set a limitation on the final step, so you can decide if the software is what you need or not before placing an order.

PixFlow provides 7 days money-back guarantee for monthly/yearly subscriptions and 30 days money-back guarantee for lifetime license based on accepted circumstances so that we can offer our best services and products. We cannot cancel the order after this period has expired because PixFlow offers a 'try-before-you-buy' system. Refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be given.

Accepted Circumstances for Refund

PixFlow's refund policy terms:

1. 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Lifetime Licenses.

2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for Monthly Subscriptions.

Note: We cannot cancel the order after the period has expired, because this is a "try-before-use" system. Please also note that this Money Back Guarantee is not an unconditional refund guarantee. Refunds will only be given under this guarantee in the following circumstances:

  • Repetitive purchases. If you have purchased the same product twice or purchased two products with similar functions, contact our support team directly and we will process your refund request or exchange one product for you.
  • A wrong purchase. If you purchase the wrong item from our online store and repurchase your ideal product within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will help to complete your refund request.
NOTE: All software products available on PixFlow Store are compatible with Windows and macOS platforms. However, if the product use license code for activation, the license codes for the two systems are separated and incompatible with each other. Therefore, if you purchase the wrong version of our products, you can issue a refund after repurchase the compatible version that works on your computer by contacting us.
  • Fatal technical issues. If the software product that you purchased is experiencing technical issues, and our technical support team cannot provide effective support service within 30 days after you reach out, we can help process your refund or change your license to another software you need, if you are unwilling to wait for an update.
  • The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the PixFlow Support Center, and has not received a timely response (within 48 hours) from the PixFlow Support Team after making contact. In this case, PixFlow will refund the customer's order if they have no need for the product in future.

Circumstances of No Refund

As PixFlow offers the free trial version to try before purchasing, we cannot offer a refund in the following circumstances:

Non-technical Circumstances:

  • A refund request exceeds the 7-day money back guarantee (for monthly/yearly subscription) or 30-day money back guarantee (lifetime license), eg, one submits a refund request on the 31st day of the purchase date. For specific products that are sold by credits (PixFlow Photo Editor etc.), the credits have been used up though the subscription expiration date was not reached. Or the subscription has expired, but the credits or images have not been used up.
  • A refund request for the automatic subscription charge if you did not cancel it before the renewal date.
  • A refund request for the product price differences between different regions and sellers.
  • A refund request due to the purchase of a similar product from a different provider.
  • A refund request for tax due to the different policies in different countries.
  • A refund request for intentional repeat purchases of similar products.
  • A refund request that contravenes our sales activity requirements.
  • A refund request due to your mistake and the problem is not product-related. For example, purchase of an incorrect program, downloading an incorrect version, not enough available disk storage on your computer; you change your mind after the purchase, etc.
  • A refund request due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. PixFlow cooperates with third-party payment processing services, so we are not able to monitor authorization during payment. Please contact your card issuer to resolve the matter. PixFlow is always here to help if we can.
  • A refund request due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the products functions and capabilities because you failed to read the product description carefully before purchasing. We suggest trying the free version of the product before purchasing the full license.
  • A refund request due to the failure to receive order information within two hours after placing a successful order. PixFlow's system will automatically send a registration email as soon as the payment has been received. However, due to internet or system failures, email spam settings, email typos, etc., there might be some delays. In this case, please contact PixFlow Support Team. We will retrieve registration code for customers ASAP within 48 hours.
  • A refund request for no reason.

Technical Circumstances

  • A refund request for the technical problem and refuse to cooperate with the PixFlow support team to provide detailed information such as screenshots, log files, etc. to troubleshoot the problem and apply the solutions provided.
  • A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated, if the order exceeds 30 days.

How to Get A Refund

PixFlow provides 7 days money-back guarantee for monthly/yearly subscriptions and 30 days money-back guarantee for lifetime license based on accepted circumstances.

For product using credits, within 7 days, we will refund the remaining credits in your account based on the unit price of the credits at the time of purchase. For example, if you purchase the monthly plan for 1000 credits, we will refund the remaining credits at $0.07/credit. If you purchase a permanent package of 1000 credits, we will refund the remaining points at $0.09/credit.

To apply for a refund, please send your refund request to our support email: support@pixflow.ai or submit a ticket here. We will deal with the refund request within 48 hours on business days based on the terms set out above.

Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your request and find it eligible for refund. Refunds will be applied to the original payment option. Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. You can uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
